• Before any rug is washed it goes through a rigorous dye testing process

• Any delicate or antique pieces go through a much more gentle rug dusting process
• The rug immersion wash is tailored to each individual rug depending on it's condition. Some rugs are cleaned using soft mechanical rotary brushes while more delicate pieces are hand cleaned.
• Rugs are rinsed thoroughly to remove all emulsified soil. Our rinsing system also ensures that the drying process is speeded up to eliminate conditions like fringe browning.
• The rug pile is groomed so that it sets in one direction leaving a soft and consistent looking finish
